Brian Chapman is a retired veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy who has spent over twenty-seven years in and out of the Food and Beverage Industry. He has worked in nightclubs, pubs, fine dining, beer bars, cocktail bars, breweries, distilleries and liquor retail. While his main focus has been in the craft beer industry as a Certified Cicerone®, he has spent the past three years dedicating his focus on spirits and cocktails. As a recent graduate of Nimble Bar School, Brian plans to further his studies with more wine education, obtaining a Certified Specialist of Spirits title and becoming a fixture in the cocktail competition circuit.
